Turmeric trading range for the day is 6760-6876.
Turmeric dropped on profit booking on expectations of good crop after prices gained amid emergence of seasonal domestic demand in spot markets.
In Telangana, Turmeric sowing reported 45,583 hectares as compared to 38,254 hectares in the corresponding period last year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 79 tonnes to 4538 tonnes. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7000 Rupees dropped -48.1 Rupees.
